Visiting Machine - Fluff or Service Only Procedure
When visiting a machine, the visit will typically fall into one of four categories: Fluff, Service, Collection, or Repair.
- A fluff visit involves a quick check where no stock is expected to be added. The focus is on presentation, basic functionality, and maintaining machine appeal.
- A service visit includes all fluff visit tasks, along with restocking and completing a CoinOp transaction.
