Site Agreements
Where possible, it is always preferable to have a formal site agreement in place. However, this is not always achievable.
In many cases, once a crane machine is installed, it becomes part of the venue and remains in place for an extended period. That said, some site owners may be hesitant to sign agreements due to concerns about long-term commitments and control over their space.
A practical approach is to offer a simple, one-page agreement with a 30-day notice period. This is generally viewed as low-risk and non-threatening, while still providing clarity and protection for both parties.
Franchisees are encouraged to download the sample one-page agreement and customise it with their franchise area logo and contact details.
For larger venues, such as shopping malls, it is common for the site to provide their own standard agreement. If you are unsure about any terms or conditions, please contact the Support Office for review before signing.
