Payout - too high
If too many prizes are being won here's some of the causes
The retaining/secondary voltage is too high, causing the claw to hold on to prizes (this is the most likely cause)
The frequency setting is wrong - Standard machines - LCM machines - What frequency setting?
The claw may be grabbing two prizes at once - esp size 5 claw size 1 toys - call tech help - on a standard 1 pin 1 on switch 1 can be turned off to make Hard Grab = VR1 - therefore reducing chance of double pickups (VR1 not strong enough to hold 2 toys). Avoid using this if you don't understand it or will forget you have it on.
Is the prize sensor giving false readings - check physical count against meter count - adjust prize sensor
Payout may have been too low in the past on LCM (not standard) and it is over compensating. Possibly reset audits or wait for it to catch up.
Test the machine numerous times and put the prize fully into the claws grip - it should behave as taught in training
Machine may be too full and prizes are getting dragged rather than lifted into the chute
Dishonesty - machine may have been lain down on to its front- as it is lifted up some prizes go down the chute
There may not have been enough money gone through machine to have a statistical representation. Really needs $200+ to get an accurate idea
