The Franchisor and Franchisee are in a synergistic relationship.  The honouring of basic obligations to each other are equally important.

Franchisor Obligations to Franchisee:

• Provide you with a system to do business.
• Provide initial support when you purchase an existing Franchise Area.
• Provide an ongoing supply of machines when you require them.
• Provide an ongoing supply of attractive prizes for use in the machines.
• Provide technical support and spare parts when required.
• Provide business support and continued training when required.
• Set national standards and accountability systems to protect the overall brand and business system.
• Work with National Customers for the benefit of the whole franchise system.

Franchisee Obligations to Franchisor:

• Service your existing machines and locations at prescribed minimum levels.
• Keep your machines in top aesthetic and mechanical condition.
• Use new products and innovations developed by the Franchisor.
• Purchase machines, prizes and parts from the Franchisor (or with permission from approved suppliers only).
• Find new locations for your machines regularly.
• Maintain required electrical compliance and public liability insurance.
• Follow the instructions in this manual.
