Confidentiality Agreement
When discussing the sale of your franchise area, remember that you may not know who the prospective purchaser really is. They could be a genuine buyer—or they could be a competitor seeking commercially sensitive information.
For this reason, no financial information, site lists, operating practices, or other confidential business information should be disclosed until a Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure) Agreement has been signed.
A copy of the signed agreement must also be forwarded to the Kiwikrane Support Office at thomas@kiwikrane.co.nz before any confidential information is released.
