Health and Safety applies equally to the Franchisor, Franchisee, and Franchisee staff.

Each Franchisee is to implement such systems over and above the minimum standards set by Kiwikrane to ensure they and their staff are safe. Each environment is different, and each Franchise needs to independently audit their environment and regularly update where needed.

Failure to follow the requirements of our OH&S management system may be considered a breach of any franchise agreement or, in the case of staff, may be subject to disciplinary action.
