Kiwikrane uses custom software called CoinOp to record and report transactions on crane and instant prize machines.

This CoinOp software is currently under total redevelopment and is expected to be replaced in the near future with a web based software.

It’s a requirement for all Franchisees / Franchise Managers to record all crane and instant prize machine transactions in CoinOp, which are part of the Kiwikrane Franchise system.

The recording of the meters, photos, etc. must take place onsite, unless there is a  communication/data issue which prevents this from occurring (unless specific permission has been given by Kiwikrane Franchising Ltd).

Franchisees are required to have an Android phone with data to enable transactions to occur on site.
