Occasionally you will get a callout to a machine – either from the site or a customer. Ask the location to put an out of order sign on. Try to get to the location the same day or within 24 hours maximum. When you repair the machine, you should also do a service following the steps in the service protocol, but mark it as repair on the software before taking a picture. Check the bottom of this page for Out of Order signs you can adjust your name on print and leave with your site to call you.


If a customer has advised it is out of order follow this procedure.
