Crane machines are like small shop windows. You must service and merchandise them regularly to be successful. The income of machines is directly proportional to the regularity and frequency of servicing. The minimum requirement for you as a franchisee is to visit all your machines once a week (unless agreed with the support office for slower sites). The recommended frequency is twice a week for your busiest sites, especially shopping centres.

If you have a site that is geographically too far away to make it viable to service once a week, we can make an exception for that site to be visited fortnightly. Let your Regional manager know and we will add it to the exceptions list so we don’t ask about it. It may be from time to time that you might visit on the 6th day, then the 8th day – so long as you visit every 7th day, plus or minus one day. This maintains high standards that are expected of Koalakrane franchisees.

The directive is that you must visit your machines to either service them or service and collect a minimum of once a week. This is very important. If you don’t we may advise you that you are in breach of the franchise agreement.
