When you visit locations whether it be for a service or collection, greet the staff and/or owner to let them know you are on site and working on the machine.

Not only is this a courtesy, but it will help to secure the site long-term, as they will see you visiting at least weekly and realize what good service they are getting.

When a competitor offers a higher commission, if they know you and like you they wont kick you out.

Don’t sneak in and sneak out – don’t be a secret squirrel!  

Building relationships is an essential part of being a successful opperator!
