When you take over your franchise, you take on the role of finding sites. You may do this yourself, or you may employ someone. Either way it is your responsibility as franchisee for the region to find ongoing sites.

We must be very clear that it is not the franchisors job to find you sites once you take over the business. It is your responsibility to keep all machines on sites and if you don’t regularly prospect for new business regularly your business will enter a downward spiral.

You will inevitably lose sites and you should be prepared for this. We don’t expect you to have any more than 10% of your machines in storage at any given time. If you are faced with a large percentage of machines in storage and cant find sites, it needs to be addressed. Be proactive in talking to your support person. (Paul or Tony)
