Visiting machine - collection procedure

When you visit a machine it will be one of three types: Service, Collection, or Repair. A service is to ensure the machine is playing properly, clean, and filled with stock. This is what you do on a service call:

  1. Greet the staff or owners and advise them you are on location.
  2. Clean the glass and framework.
  3. Check the lights.
  4. Add stock if required.
  5. Fluff plush up, and pump balls up.
  6. Test the machine with coins and record this as tests in the book and the software.
  7. Test the play factor of the machine by using the test credits button – is the claw behaving the way you have been taught in training? Are adjustments needed? Is it fun to play?
  8. Complete all meter figures in the mobile software, select service, and take a photo.
