Every April we require you to give us a signed form declaring that all your machines have been electrically tested within the last 12 months. It is incredibly important that all franchisees operate safe, tested machines. When you submit the signed form also attach some photographs of tags of your machines, or the report from the company that tested the machines. If anyone does not return a signed report we will issue a breach notice and will not be able to supply you with stock until the report is handed in. This may sound harsh, but the ramifications of an electric shock to members of the public for yourself and us as a group are huge - and of course for the person receiving the shock.

If you have machines with expired test and tag, don't wait for April.
