It is desirable but not always possible to get a signed site agreement. When you have only just secured a location by the skin of your teeth it makes it difficult to pull a two page agreement out to sign. A good way to get one is to advise the location it is for the purposes of Personal Properties Security Register & Public Liability insurance (not a good option to say we need it in case you go into receivership and the receivers try and take ownership of the machines).

On bigger more professional locations such as neighbourhood malls, they will almost certainly require an agreement.
