Although extremely uncommon, you may have to replace the whole backwards forwards gantry or remove it to repair the backwards forwards motor. Although not pictured in this video you will also have to unclip the top of the two or three caterpillar clips that are screwed to the unit. You will also have to squeeze and detach one link to release it.
