FLAT BALLS LOOK TERRIBLE

It is important that the machine does not have flat balls in it. This makes the machine look unattractive and neglected. We realize that some types of balls are less reliable than others – however we must make the best of what we have. Many franchisees take a pumping device with them on any visit to the machine and pump the balls up. Other franchisees with a good compressor at home and plenty of room might pump up 100 balls at home to swap into machines, replacing flat ones and topping up the won ones. Either method works. We consider flat balls in a machine to be a sign of neglect, a breach of the franchise agreement, and a clear indication to potential players not to play the machine.
