When you act as a franchisee you have purchased the right to use the Kiwikrane brand to run a business according to guidelines we give you. This brand is the result of years of hard work, trial and error and massive expense. We are proud of it and we are responsible for protecting the good reputation of the Kiwikrane brand, both for our sake as franchisors, and for the sake of other franchisees. With that in mind, you must get approval from the Franchisor for any use of brand that is not on official stationery, apparel or signage provided by the franchisor. You may not set up an associated website using Kiwikrane name or branding in any way without written approval from the franchisor.
