It is essential that we as an organisation we pay prizes out fairly to keep players coming back and protect our brand name. 

Our competitors often wind back payments in the false belief they will make more money.  However, this is a a false economy as you will eventually lose players.

It’s better to have a higher turnover, higher payout and more profit – as everyone is happy.

Kiwikrane machines pay out 30% in prizes. This is meant to be the unofficial ‘industry standard’ and is our expectation.

Allowing payouts to regularly be under 30% is a breach of the franchise agreement.

On a regular visit if your machine is between 25% and 35% then that’s ok as the machine may have just won, or may be about to win.  However, over a period of time the average payout should 30% (or very close to it).
