If you are wanting to return stock or parts please contact the Support Office prior to doing this.

Kiwikrane will credit or replace faulty stock within three months of purchase.

Stock Returns Policy:

1. To be eligible for a credit, stock must be returned within 3 months of purchase.
2. The Support Office must pre-approve stock returns.
3. Dirty toys/balls or over inflated/sun damaged balls will not be credited.
4. Stock purchased as a mix will be credited at the price of the type of toy in the mix.
5. Specials are non returnable.
6. Indent orders are non returnable.
7. Returned stock will incur a 10% restocking fee

1. To be eligible for a credit, stock must be returned within 3 months of purchase.
2. Posters, perspex surrounds, consumables (i.e. strings, lights, coils, etc) can not be credited (except if found faulty upon you receiving them).
3. If possible a credit will be applied against the original invoice.
4. Returns must be accompanied by a completed “Parts Return Form”
5. Parts which were invoiced longer than 3 months prior will incur a 20% restocking fee.
