Franchisor Obligations to Franchisee:

• Provide you with a system to do business.
• Provide initial machines on locations when you purchase the business.
• Provide an ongoing supply of machines when you require them.
• Provide an ongoing supply of attractive prizes for use in the machines.
• Provide technical support and spare parts when required.
• Provide business support and continued training when required.

Franchisee Obligations to Franchisor:

• Service your existing machines and locations diligently, at a minimum weekly.
• Keep your machines in top aesthetic and mechanical condition.
• Use new products and innovations developed by the Franchisor.
• Purchase prizes from approved suppliers only.
• Find new locations for your machines regularly.
• Maintain required electrical compliance and public liability insurance.
• Follow the instructions in this manual.
