Franchise areas have been established to cover all of New Zealand, with approximately 2,000 machines currently operating nationwide under the Kiwikrane system.

There are several ways we encourage franchisees to grow and strengthen their businesses within their franchise territories:

1. Resiting underperforming machines to improve overall site performance.

2. Purchasing new machines to refresh fleets and enable strategic movement of machines between locations.

3. Actively siting machines in new locations to expand coverage and reach new customers.

4. Identifying new opportunities, such as the KraneStation concept.

5. Actively theming machines, rather than relying solely on the Premium Mix range, or Mixed Plush Crane strategy.
