Kiwikrane have developed a culture to be envied by other franchises with many franchisees forming friendships with each other and offering mutual support. One of the drivers of these relationships is the Private Facebook Group.(Kiwikrane group) Updates and communication on this group keeps our geographically isolated franchisees in touch with each other. Instructional videos are sometimes posted. Product releases and ideas are posted. Franchisees lightheartedly refer to themselves as “Kraners” Franchisees encourage each other on the group. We believe it is very important to put time and effort every day into maintaining the educational, entertainment and interactional side that this modern technology affords us.

Being part of the group is a privilege not a right - there is nothing in the franchise agreement that states you are entitled to be a member. On this group you should be respectful and courteous of other franchisees and the franchisor. Those members that don't adhere to these rules will be warned then removed from the group at the franchisor's discretion.
