HOW THE FRANCHISE WORKS

These are the basic features of how the franchise works:

• The franchisee is given a specific exclusive territory mapped out.
• The franchisee is given a term of 5 years.
• The franchisee receives all initial machines on locations.
• The franchisee must then operate the business according to this manual and training given.
• The franchisee must purchase all stock, machines, and spare parts exclusively from our website.
• The franchisee must pay a franchise royalty to the franchisor of 5%.
• The franchisee must then take responsibility for keeping machines on locations.

As franchisor, we must:

• Ensure we keep adequate supplies of suitable parts, machines, and attractive and commercially competitive prize stock on hand at all times for franchisees to order.
• Provide technical support to ensure all machines are kept working.
• Provide general and ongoing business support to assist the franchisee to succeed.
• Ensure that other franchisees do not operate in your area.
