The software calculates all data from the last calendar day of the month. Plan for your last collection to be very near or on the last calendar day of the month. If your collection does not fall on this day it may distort your monthly figures slightly, as averages are derived from turnover/no of machines/no of days in month. This will average out between months.

Unless agreed otherwise you should be visiting sites weekly and collecting fortnightly.
