Cliff has decided to take a step away from the day to day operations but is still involved with overall strategy and technical support.
Paul Hydes
(Shareholder of Kiwikrane Franchising Ltd / Managing Director)
Paul is in charge of financial management, IT, purchasing/logistics, dealing with licensors such as NRL, etc. He looks after so many aspects of the business it would take a page to list them all.
Thomas Felton
(Operations Manager)
Thomas is in charge of new franchisees, franchisee support, support office staff recruitment/issues, public relations, working with Paul, and generally lots of little things which need to get done but can't be listed.
Winnie Fong
(Office Manager)
Winnie looks after accounts, orders and all administrative aspects of the business. She also keeps Paul and Thomas on track and works incredibly hard! 🙂
Olive Donaldson
(Warehouse Manager)
Olive looks after inwards goods, order dispatch, credits processing, and general warehousing. If you need to know where something is in the warehouse - Olive is the first person you ask!
Xing Xing
(Website & IT Support)
Xing is in charge of ensuring all the behind the scenes IT for Kiwikrane runs smoothly. If there is a programming language Xing doesn't know it's not worth knowing!
Brice Kenyon
(Technician / Merchandiser)
Brice is responsible with Carlos for merchandising the Kiwikrane areas run by the support office as well as resolving technical issues. As a former race car driver he's the safest person to drive with.
Carlos Lin
(Technician / Merchandiser)
Carlos is responsible with Brice for merchandising the Kiwikrane areas run by the support office as well as resolving technical issues. As an engineer Carlos can turn his hands to most things.
