Getting the claw play right

Your goal is to get the machine fun to play. Here are the four possibilities for setting the voltages

Claw Sequence VR1 VR2 EFFECTS
A Too low Too low Claw will slip off prize with no effect, not a good look.
B Too low Too high Same as A-VR2 being high makes no difference as it won't pick up.
C Too hight Too low Claw will pick up strongly and release strontly, a deliberate release.
D Too hight Too hight Claw will pick up stronly and hold on, winning far too often. This is the primary cause of high payouts; not goof or you
E Just right Just right Claw will dislodge prize and start to lift. Prize will slip out smoothy as it is lifting. It may win occasionally on these settings.

When you visit the machine it is extremely important that the player has a good experience. The following two play experiences will leave players feeling strongly disappointed:

  • Claw slips off prize without dislodging it when it is grabbed
  • Claw picks up strongly and claw obviously opens at top, dropping the prize out
