Another very useful way of getting advice is through your specific Facebook Group. This links to a number of people at the support office all at once and can enable multiple perspectives.
There is no set schedule for the support office visiting Franchisees, but it is something we would like to do from time to time. We would visit all your machines, suggest improvements or stock, and if necessary help with some cold calls to locations.
