Each month by the 10th of the month at the latest, go to this doc and fill out your start and end and test readings from the start of week 1 to end of week 5 - so we get total turnover for the month.

If you don't fill out by the 10th, we will have to bill you a $20 + GST admin fee to cover our costs.

We need these done on time so we can pay on time, otherwise we will do it and bill you.
